1/2 Marathon or Bust...........

Posted by nigel@keyair.org on February 7, 2013 at 1:15 PM Comments comments (0)

“Fist sight of exercise I’d run a mile” Anyone who says that a half marathon is easy has obviously not seen me in my tracksuit looking like the fifth teletubby doing battle with a treadmill. For some reason I could not get this extract from a torture chamber to understand the words slow nor could I stop it from creating the Himalayas every time I mistakenly hit the ‘Random Hill’ button (when will someone invent a downhill treadmill)? No option but to hit the roa...

UKCC Level 2

Posted by telfordtwisters on August 24, 2010 at 2:24 PM Comments comments (1)

Well, I've recently completed the UKCC Level 2 course at Rugeley Leisure Centre in Staffordshire, the home of G-Force Trampoline Club. Their Head Coach Paul Coates ran the course and was very enlightening.

The level 2 course was 5 days long and built on the basic moves learnt in level one and concentrated on all the progressions needed for forward somersault, back somersault, lazy backs, baranis and crash dives.

Peters Level 2 course

Posted by shaun on August 2, 2010 at 4:22 AM Comments comments (3)

I really enjoyed peters level 2  course,Which i attended with sammy so that the coaches had children there to practice on.

Although it was peters course me and sammy also learnt a lot over the two days. I learnt front somersaults and sammy learnt lazy backs.

It was really good fun even though it was really hard work.

New Drop Down Menus

Posted by telfordtwisters on May 14, 2010 at 5:15 PM Comments comments (0)

A new menu has been created to allow for drop down lists to be used. This reduces the space that the menu was taking up and categorises the menu items appropriately. Hope you like it. Please let me know either way.

New Sidebar

What do you think of the new sidebar on the website? We are trying to encourage people to use the Blog and Forum features more and make the site more interactive. We figured that if the new photos, articles, blogs and forums (fora) were added to all pages then people would be more likely to use them. I would be interested in what you think. Also if you have any issues with the layout please let me know what browser you are using as I have tested them on as many as I can with varying res... Read Full Post »

This write up was done by Darren on Josh and Elise's first West Midlands Training Squad Session:-

They started on the trampoline and stayed together - they were the only 2 and spent an hour and three quarters doing one on one off. Their fitness levels were really tested by this stint and ...
